Nursing Care
The Leland Home has a capacity for 8 persons in its Nursing Care Center.
This
small and intimate
atmosphere is conducive to the personalized attention
which is the hallmark for care at the Leland
Home.
We
have 6 beds in semi-private rooms and 2 private rooms.
While
we do not care for persons
who have
acute or intense nursing needs, we are
able to provide competent care for those
who have physical
conditions which make it impossible or unsafe for them
to live in our Residential Care rooms.
Included among the services that we offer persons in the Nursing Care
Center are:

Affordable monthly rates with no deposit or entrance fees

Three delicious meals served daily with provision for special diets

Administration of medications

Full assistance as needed with daily tasks

Housekeeping

Laundry

Social, recreational, educational and cultural activities to serve
various preferences

Licensed nurses on duty in the facility 24 hours, 7 days a week

Transportation to medical appointments (if ambulatory)

Podiatrist, Dentist, Hair Dresser, and Medical Director available on site

Pharmacy services

Smoke-free environment

Short term or long term residency
Persons age 65 years and older are considered for admission.
We
